Beautiful, reclaimed wood Luna Leggings ‘Tree’ now at local Rockridge Kids!
Posted on February 21st, 2012
Not only are Luna Leggings now available at the coolest kids store in Oakland, Rockridge Kids, but the super fabulous buyer and her team have fully supported our launch by making room for an impeccably designed, custom built ‘Tree’ to showcase the premiere Luna Leggings designs. Rockridge Kids is fantastic! And we are so appreciative for the space + the love!
The incredibly talented duo Tree to Table are the masterminds behind the salvaged walnut wood display piece. Celia and Dan were an absolute dream to work with. Super reliable, incredibly sweet, and with a true eye for design, they took our idea to the next level by creating a solidly engineered, functional display, while adhering to the whimsical and organic feel of the Luna Leggings brand. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and meticulously built. We are so impressed by this talented couple’s beautiful work!
Abandoned and unused after being removed from a nearby Berkeley property years ago, the beautiful English Walnut trunk is reincarnated as our ‘Tree’ and gives life to the animated branches that hang the Luna Leggings collection. Other components are repurposed scraps from Tree to Table’s warehouse or abundantly found in nature, all finished with natural, non-toxic mineral oil.
Tree to Table brought my vision to life with a practical, functional, gorgeous display. It creates a strong presence in the store while staying true to the core of the Luna Leggings brand. I LOVE it! And we are proud that Rockridge Kids is the home where the piece will sprout roots and continue to grow with Luna Leggings. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this happen.
If you’re in the area, be sure to check out Rockridge Kids to see the display. We would love your support by letting them know you love Luna Leggings!
